Information for clients

The provision of any of the services provided by the Slovak National Certification Authority shall be preceded by the signing of a standardised Agreement on the provision of qualified trust services with the National Agency for Network and Electronic Services as a provider of qualified trust services. The contract is signed once and is concluded for an indefinite period of time; if the organisation has historically signed it and there has been a change of the statutory body, there is no need to conclude it again.

If the applicant for the provision of qualified trust services does not have such a contract with the National Agency for Network and Electronic Services, the contract shall be prepared by the National Agency for Network and Electronic Services on the basis of the first application and shall be submitted for signature to the statutory representative of the applicant at the time of the first application at the Registration Authority's workplace.

The National Agency for Network and Electronic Services provides access to the services of the Slovak National Certification Authority also for persons with disabilities.
